Although SpectraCams (operated by HORIZENEX LTD) is not located in the United States, we respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders and voluntarily comply with the notice and takedown provisions set forth under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA).
SpectraCams does not allow any activity that infringes upon intellectual property rights. If we receive a valid and complete DMCA notice regarding infringing material, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to such content, even though our platform does not host traditional user-uploaded media (e.g., videos or images). We maintain a strict internal compliance process and may revoke access to features or accounts in cases of repeated or flagrant violations.
SpectraCams streams all audiovisual content via a third-party API. We do not allow users to upload any video, audio, or photo content beyond their profile avatar (selected from provided icons), display name, and chat interactions. Nevertheless, we apply internal moderation to all chat content, and take all DMCA notices seriously.
