This document states the terms and conditions (“Terms”) upon which, Cyprus company registration Number НЕ 4510847, of 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, Kranidioti & Pargas 9, Floor 1/Office 102 (“we” or “us”) will provide service to you on its websites, including, without limitation, the above listed websites (the “Website”). These Terms constitute a contractual agreement between you and us. By visiting, accessing, using, and/or joining (collectively “using”) the Website, you express your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. As used in this document, the terms “you” or “your” refers to you, any entity you represent, your or its representatives, successors, assigns and affiliates, and any of your or their devices. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, navigate away from the Website and cease using it.
1. Eligibility
In Short:
You must be of legal age according to your country’s law to use this website. But wherever you may live, you must be at least 18 years old.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Website, unless the age of majority in your jurisdiction is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, in which case you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Use of the Website is not permitted where prohibited by law.
2. Grant of Use

3. Intellectual Property

Users and Models own everything they post on our website. We don’t own their content. But we own our text, graphical images, photographs, music, video, software, scripts and trademarks, service marks and logos that we’ve created. Please don’t change, copy, reproduce, or translate them unless we allow you to do so in writing.
The Content on the Website, excluding User Submissions and Third Party Content (defined below), but including other text, graphical images, photographs, music, video, software, scripts and trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (collectively “Proprietary Materials”), are owned by and/or licensed to us. All Proprietary Materials are subject to copyright, trademark and/or other rights under the laws of applicable jurisdictions, including domestic laws, foreign laws, and international conventions. We reserve all our rights over our Proprietary Materials.
Except as otherwise explicitly permitted, you agree not to copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any other way exploit, in whole or in part, any Content.
4. Content on the Website
In Short:
All content is delivered via third-party services. We do not own or control it.
All audiovisual and textual content accessible through the Platform is provided by third-party service providers via external APIs. HORIZENEX LTD does not create, own, produce, edit, moderate, or verify such content. You understand and acknowledge that:
- The Platform may expose you to content that is offensive, inaccurate, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate, and you access such content at your own risk.
- HORIZENEX LTD assumes no responsibility or liability for third-party content, nor for any harm or damages arising therefrom.
- All content is provided “as is” and solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not copy, download, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content without the prior written consent of its legal owner.
- HORIZENEX LTD does not guarantee continuous monitoring of such content and bears no obligation to remove or filter any specific materials unless legally required.
Content streamed or displayed on the Platform, including videos, images, usernames, or voice, remains the responsibility and intellectual property of the third-party provider. Use of the content is also governed by the terms and privacy policies of said provider.
5. User/Model Conduct
The Platform currently does not permit users to upload any content. However, if at any point you transmit any message, comment, or feedback via available interfaces (e.g., contact forms, chat widgets), you remain solely responsible for such content. HORIZENEX LTD does not assume ownership over such information and reserves the right to block access or remove communications in case of abuse.
6. Tokens and Payments
In Short:
You can buy tokens and tip any models you like. We may change the price of tokens from time to time as part of special offers. You need to use a credit/debit card to buy tokens.
You must purchase “tokens” which you can then use to give you full use of additional features of the Website. Prices for tokens will be posted on the Website and may change from time to time in our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change and may vary due to various reasons, including special and limited promotional offers. All payments, including for token purchases, must be made with your valid credit card or debit card or other available payment method, the information of which may be kept on file by us or by our payment processors (“Filed Payment Details”). Fees for tokens must be paid in advance of you using them.
In order to make a purchase, you may be asked to supply certain information to allow us to process and authorize your purchase, including, without limitation, your name, address, card number, card expiration date, card security number and other information. You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use the form of payment that you use and that (ii) the information that you are providing with that form of payment is true and correct. You acknowledge that we may use a third party for the purposes of processing or facilitating any payment and that by submitting your information to us you grant us the right to provide this information to such third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or terminate your order for any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or terminate your order because of product or service unavailability, errors in the description or price of our product or service and errors in your order.
Your filed payment details may be automatically charged for your future purchases or for any recurring purchases which you have authorized. you hereby authorize us and our agents (including payment processors we may use) to charge your filed payment details for such payments on your behalf.
By enabling the auto-refill feature on the Website, you hereby expressly give your permission for us to automatically charge your last payment details on file, with an amount equivalent to your last purchase, as soon as the tokens in your account get below a chosen threshold. You can always opt-out from the auto-refill feature at any time, by going to your account's "Settings".
You agree not to report as fraudulent, lost or stolen any form of payment which you have used in conjunction with payment to us, for which you do not have a good faith reason to believe is in fact fraudulent, lost or stolen. You agree not to report as unauthorized any charge by us for any goods or services, including subscriptions, for which you do not have a good faith reason to believe is in fact unauthorized. You agree that, absent good faith, in the event of any such report you shall be liable to us for such charge or obligation plus an additional $100 administrative fee. The liability specified in this paragraph will not limit our rights or any other liability you may have for any other reason, including a breach of any other provision of these Terms.
7. Services on Website

We offer you and other users many ways to use the Website (which may change in our discretion). We may offer chat sessions where you can chat with other users and models on the website while viewing the model’s video stream. You may “tip” a model your purchased tokens. We may offer group shows where you can view a model’s video stream and chat with the model along with other users, for a per-second or per-minute fee billed against your purchased tokens in accordance with the rates posted on the Website. We may offer private shows where you can view a model’s video stream and chat with the model privately, for a per-second or per-minute fee billed against your purchased tokens in accordance with the rates posted on the Website. You acknowledge that there may be further services added or that some of the forgoing services may be modified or removed in our discretion and all such services will be in accordance with the rules that we may post on the Website, as they may be modified from time to time.
You acknowledge that if you are engaged in any activity that bills you per-second or per-minute, you must exit such activity to stop the billing of the same. You also acknowledge that if you run out of purchased tokens while engaged in such activity, your ability to engage in such activity will halt. We reserve the sight at round prices.
You acknowledge that all models and other users may engage in any activities at their discretion while in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and other rules and regulations posted on the Website and pursuant to the functionality of the Website. You acknowledge that a model may decline to engage in any activity at his or her discretion. Without limiting the general release provisions below, if you have any disputes with any models, you acknowledge that your dispute is solely with said model and you release us from any liability.
8. Trust & Safety
In Short:
Although all content is sourced from verified third-party providers, we take user safety seriously and implement additional moderation and compliance processes.
SpectraCams is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users. While all streamed and displayed content originates from licensed third-party vendors, we implement internal procedures to ensure compliance with international standards, payment industry requirements, and applicable regulations.
Content origin and responsibility:
All live and recorded audiovisual content available on the Platform is integrated via API from a third-party content provider that applies rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC), identity verification, and moderation procedures before allowing any performer to stream. These procedures include identity validation, age verification, consent documentation, and legal compliance checks.
Our internal oversight:
Despite the external origin of content, SpectraCams employs a layered approach to platform moderation, including:
- Proactive review of incoming data streams and live content signals;
- Real-time monitoring and alert systems (e.g., keyword flagging, visual anomaly detection);
- Human moderation spot checks;
- Complaint-based response and investigation workflow.
Harmful content prevention:
Content that is considered harmful, illegal, abusive, or non-compliant may be restricted or removed at our discretion. We define harm broadly to include legal, psychological, financial, and reputational risk to users, performers, or third parties. We retain the right to act upon content we reasonably believe violates our Terms of Use or public standards, even if such content originates externally.
User reports and enforcement:
Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior they find inappropriate or unsafe. Reports are handled promptly and confidentially by our team in cooperation with the original content provider. Verified violations may result in content removal, stream suspension, or restriction of access.
By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to cooperate with any safety-related investigations and acknowledge our joint efforts with third-party providers to maintain community integrity and safety.
9. Privacy Policy

14. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitations of Liabilities

15. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If there is any disagreement between you and us, it will be resolved by arbitration. It means we'll both agree on a "middle" person who will work to resolve the problem out of court.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules applicable in Cyprus which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be the Republic of Cyprus. The governing law of these Terms and Conditions shall be the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
16. Choice of Law and Venue

Everything we do is governed by the law of Cyprus.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms as well as any claim, cause of action, or dispute that may arise between you and us, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus without regard to conflict of law provisions. For any claim brought by you against us, you agree to submit and consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction in, and the exclusive venue of the courts in the Republic of Cyprus. for any claim brought by us against you, you agree to submit and consent to personal jurisdiction in and the venue of the courts in the Republic of Cyprus and anywhere else you can be found.
17. General Terms
These Terms, as amended from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements between you and us and may not be modified without our written consent.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid and unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Nothing herein is intended, nor will be deemed, to confer rights or remedies upon any third party.
These Terms are not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with our prior written consent, but may be assigned or transferred by us without restriction.
You agree that we may provide you with notices by email, regular mail, or postings to the Website.
The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
As used in these Terms, the term “including” is illustrative and not limitative.
If these Terms or any other documents between you and us are translated and executed in any language other than English and there is any conflict as between the translation and the English version, the English version shall control.
