REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. General Provisions
By purchasing tokens, digital content, or subscriptions on the SpectraCams Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
2. Refund Conditions
All purchases of tokens, digital content, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Tokens used for tips — such transactions are considered voluntary and cannot be reversed;
- Tokens used to purchase virtual gifts for performers, regardless of whether the gift was delivered or redeemed, are non-refundable.
- The user account was suspended or banned due to violations of the Terms of Use.
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, in exceptional cases such as:
- Duplicate transactions (as confirmed by our payment processor);
- Verified fraudulent activity (subject to supporting documentation);
- Technical errors resulting in token loss;
- Proven dissatisfaction with a private session (must be ended immediately and reported to support).
To request a refund, users must submit a claim within 7 calendar days of the transaction and provide:
- Their username;
- Transaction ID;
- Reason for the request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user account settings.
The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.
4. Inactive Accounts
User accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period (no logins or purchases) may be deactivated at our discretion.
In such cases, any unused tokens will be forfeited without compensation.
